Giving Back to God, Part 2
Mark 12:41-44 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
We continue this week looking at giving. In the Old Testament, tithing was certainly commanded and specific groups of people were supported by the tithe. This morning we look at what the New Testament has to say about tithing. Are we to tithe today?

Giving Back to God, Part 1
Deuteronomy 14:22–29 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
There are many ideas and thoughts when it comes to tithing. Is it possible that you and I have been thinking about this issue in all the wrong ways? Should we tithe, and if so, why? This week we will begin to answer that question as we dive into the Old Testament.

New Beginnings
Philippians 3:12-4:1 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson

It’s Christmas!
Luke 2:1-20 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
It’s time. Jesus has arrived and the celebration spans from the spiritual to the physical. Angels proclaim, while shepherds leave their sheep to see this miracle. Even in this very moment, the testimony from previous centuries is being played out. In Isaiah we read, “The Lord of hosts will do this.” It’s now happening!

Believing the Unbelievable
Luke 1:26-38; Matthew 1:18-25 – Dr. Paul Lyle
Worship Leader – Mark Hudson
The time is near and so are the people. The previous announcements were to the nation of Israel and to the world, but now the focus is on two people. King Ahaz would not put his faith and trust in God, but faith in God had to be in place for Mary and Joseph. Born of a virgin? It sounds unbelievable.
