What a great stage of life. Everything is new and fresh. Children are busy soaking in all they see, hear, touch, and smell. They are looking at their parents and picking up habits and attitudes. They are learning new responsibilities and how to think beyond themselves. Knowing this, we respond in the way we teach our Sunday School and what we expect of our children. They will begin to learn the basics – how to read scripture, find passages, participate in worship – to best comprehend the full council of the God that we serve. This is a major time of growth for our children.
