Equip people through Bible Study
After encountering the risen Savior, Jesus gave the disciples what is known as The Great Commission. In this charge he told them, “teach(ing) them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20).
In scripture, Christians are referred to as soldiers, workers, and athletes. All of these endeavors require proper equipment. Our desire is that we as believers in Christ are well-equipped to do what has been commanded of us.
Our primary venue for equipping believers is in Bible Study on Sunday mornings. This is a time when our classes study God’s Word through various topical discussions and seek His wisdom concerning issues of daily life. We also have two women’s groups and a men’s group meeting during the week. For more information on these and other groups, please see our Ministries page.
